July '02 to December '05t:	Technical Director & Post Productions Supervisor / 3D Artist Nexus Productions .
June '02 to July '02:	TD Nexus Productions for 60 sec promo and 3.5 minute music promo
August '01 to September '01:	Project Manager / TD for music video at Atomic-Arts. 3.5 minutes full CG music video.
March 2000 to April '01:	TD / Motion capture Supervisor Pepper's Ghost Productions. Became TD in-charge of 7 x 26 minute series for CITV, setting up production pipelines and managing the project. Also ran and managed numerous motion-capture shoots.
January '99 to Febuary 2000:	TD/ Motion capture Supervisor Pepper's Ghost Productions. Became Mocap. Super. in-charge of setting up the studios mocap. facility, production pipeline and running / managing various shoots. Set-up management of 70 unit render-farm.
September '97 to December '98:	TD/ Motion capture Assistant Pepper's Ghost Productions. Took on the task of learning and implementing the studios new mocap system, and applying the motion data in projects. Also worked on projects in a technical animation role.
